The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the hospital, drawing on the most advanced and modern medical equipment, has been designed to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to critically ill patients. With 8 standard, high-quality beds, and observing the highest level of safety and health protocols, the unit offers a safe and specialized environment for patient care.

  • Portable ultrasound device
  • Portable radiography (bedside radiology)
  • Capnograph
  • Arterial blood gas (ABG) monitoring equipment
  • Multi-parameter monitors for vital signs (SpO2, blood pressure, ECG, etc.)
  • Isolation room with advanced ventilation system for patients requiring isolation

Specialized Services

  • Daily visit by an ICU subspecialist
  • Specialized respiratory care for comatose patients
  • Nutritional support for critically ill patients
  • Care after long and complex surgeries
  • Transfusion of blood products under full supervision
  • Admission and care of patients requiring special surgeries (such as diaphragmatic hernia or esophageal cancer with cardiac issues) until transfer to the surgical ward
  • Advanced bedside diagnostic measures, including ultrasonography, radiography, and echocardiography
  • Specialized testing (biochemical, metabolic, hormonal, etc.)
  • Analysis of body secretions and microbial cultures (blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and other body fluids)
  • Central venous catheter placement (under ultrasound guidance)
  • 24-hour presence of an anesthesiologist in the unit
  • Bedside respiratory and physical physiotherapy
  • Nutritional counseling by a clinical nutritionist
